Tech companies and vendors aren’t the only ones who build technical solutions for nonprofits. But unfortunately, the prevailing myth across the sector is that nonprofits are users of technology, not the ones designing, building, and even distributing purpose-built solutions for their teams and similar organizations.

NTEN and Salesforce partnered on a survey to better understand some of the realities, challenges, and areas of strength for change management in nonprofits.
