Objective of the Position&nbsp;
The role of the Digital Account Director is to direct and manage the digital direct response program for non-profit organizations, maintain strong client relationships, provide leadership within the Digital Department, and develop new service areas to give the company a competitive edge, all under the guidance of a member of the leadership or executive team.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Job Summary&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;developing the multi-year strategic vision for clients’ digital programs, including email, web, text,&nbsp;ads&nbsp;and other channels, with an eye toward the clients’ overall growth goals. The Digital Account Director builds the annual digital budget projections, which may include cash flow projections – or on smaller accounts, may&nbsp;oversee the work of other team members. The Digital Account Director communicates regularly with the clients and internal team about overall digital results for all digital channels, campaign results, and progress toward annual goals, taking the lead on&nbsp;new ideas&nbsp;as needed to ensure goals are met. The Digital Account Director ensures regular written reports are sent to the&nbsp;clients, and&nbsp;will directly handle ad hoc reports such as executive summaries for Boards and Senior Leadership.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;strong client relationships, including initiating regular contact with&nbsp;clients&nbsp;and responding to urgent client needs.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Digital Account Director is also responsible for ensuring that account supervisors are apprised of the status of the campaign and any potential client issues that could&nbsp;impact&nbsp;the relationship between the client and the firm, as well as any internal team issues that need to be addressed.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director should have a detailed understanding of direct response fundraising, be well-versed in giving at all levels and through alternative giving methods, and the ability to work as part of a multi-channel team to exceed client needs and drive fundraising forward. The Digital Account Director is charged with identifying areas of digital growth for our clients, selling&nbsp;new ideas, programs and tools that ensure innovation for our clients, and expand our scope.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director&nbsp;is responsible for&nbsp;serving as the supervisor of multiple members of the Digital Account team. They are also responsible for helping to build the&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;and offerings of the Digital Department, whether that means spearheading new areas of service, hiring&nbsp;additional&nbsp;staff, or developing partnerships within the industry. In terms of building the&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;of the Digital Account team, the Digital Account Director&nbsp;identifies&nbsp;where training is needed, and either works with the Training Committee or Executive Vice President overseeing Digital to develop and provide the&nbsp;appropriate training&nbsp;and procedure documents.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director is charged with new business development, following up with potential client leads and&nbsp;participating&nbsp;in the RFP process. To&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;that, the Digital Account Director is expected to cultivate a presence in the industry,&nbsp;representing&nbsp;Lautman Maska Neill &amp; Company at industry events and volunteering on committees.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The Digital Account Director should be a leader in the firm, bringing added value by&nbsp;initiating&nbsp;special projects or initiatives that will further develop company offerings,&nbsp;processes&nbsp;or culture.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Maintains strong relationship with clients and reports up to Vice President, Executive Vice President, Principle or Partner to keep them apprised of all accounts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Works closely with client to develop the overall vision and KPIs for the digital program, strategizing on every digital channel available&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Builds, or oversees creation of, annual client budget, and maps out segmentation and testing strategies to hit overall organizational goals and drive the program forward&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Leads the team in the development of individual campaign strategy and tests, incorporating big picture analysis and innovative creative ideas to help drive to not only the campaign goals, but overall programmatic goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proactively discusses progress toward annual goals in client meetings as it pertains to all digital channels – potentially email, text,&nbsp;web&nbsp;and ads – within our scope of work.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Confidently communicates about digital strategy and how to pivot, potentially selling clients on new channels,&nbsp;campaigns&nbsp;or tools.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manages the team executing email,&nbsp;text&nbsp;and web campaigns, ensuring procedures and schedule are followed, and all campaigns go out on time and error-free.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provides creative oversight for copy and art, ensuring that&nbsp;we’re&nbsp;presenting highly creative,&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;and meaningful creative that will compel the audience to action&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Has proactive and constant eye on results, communicating with the team and client on campaign results in real time and taking the lead on critical strategy decisions or recommendations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversees the writing of campaign reports and written analysis and recommendations&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Takes lead on bigger picture analysis,&nbsp;possibly working&nbsp;with outside analytics partners, with an eye toward big findings and take-aways that shift strategy and results in a significant way.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversees team roles and responsibilities on each account and proactively makes suggestions for changes as needed based on team dynamics and results.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develops strong working relationships with Analytics Director, Art&nbsp;Director&nbsp;and Advertising Director to ensure teams are working well together, and that the company&nbsp;maintains&nbsp;a competitive edge in our digital creative and analytics&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Supervises multiple Digital Account staff, adhering to all supervisory procedures&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Handles Digital Department billing on a monthly basis and leads the monthly Digital Department meetings.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Works with company leadership to continually build the&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;of, and offerings within, the Digital Department through training, staffing strategy, new service offerings, or partnerships in the industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Regularly reports out and guides discussion with staff on digital trends, issues,&nbsp;new ideas&nbsp;and testing reports in Digital Department meetings and staff&nbsp;meetings.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversees Digital Department procedures, proactively refining and adding new processes as needed, and then training&nbsp;appropriate staff.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Seeks out training sessions, industry&nbsp;conferences&nbsp;or seminars to build skills and stay abreast of digital or direct response fundraising trends.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>

Humane World for Animals, a global leader in animal advocacy and protection, is seeking a Web Developer, eCRM for the Digital Marketing department. In this position you will support Digital Marketing and other departments by providing front-end, global web development solutions for fundraising, advocacy engagement, and other strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Collaborates regularly with Digital Marketing, Brand and Visuals, and IS teams to discuss project requirements and makes technical recommendations. Writes efficient code and maintains custom donation forms, advocacy forms, and other webpages. Incorporates best practices for user experience, accessibility, page speed optimization, and GDPR compliance implementation. Takes into account global regulations and standards, regional data compliance, and security compliance;</li>
<li>Follows quality assurance procedures. Troubleshoots technical issues affecting donation forms, advocacy forms, and webpages in Engaging Networks. Works closely with vendor partners;</li>
<li>Works with the Information Security team to ensure that digital properties meet security standards;</li>
<li>Collaborates with the testing team to gather testing requirements and implement new features to run A/B and multivariate tests on forms;</li>
<li>Creates and maintains clear and concise documentation of custom web development, support guides, and incident reports;</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li>

Qualifications and Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer programming, web development, or related field, or equivalent work experience required;&nbsp;</li>
<li>A minimum of four (4) years of experience in front-end web development and developing custom websites required;</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with Engaging Networks or other eCRMs;</li>
<li>Proficient in HTML5, Sass and CSS, JavaScript, GitHub, and Engaging Networks modules. Familiar with core AWS services;</li>
<li>Follows front-end development best practices and familiar with Webpack, Node, and npm;</li>
<li>Familiar with cookie consent tools, preferably Iubenda, for configuring compliance settings;</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail when coding projects based on Adobe XD files or Figma;</li>
<li>Knowledge of best practices for responsive web design, UX, accessibility, page speed optimization, browser support, and GDPR compliance;</li>
<li>Understanding of digital marketing strategies for US and international audiences;</li>
<li>Stays on top of AI trends in web development, including personalization and automation;</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills;</li>
<li>Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to deliver high quality work on deadline. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence a plus;</li>
<li>Data informed problem solver having experience with A/B testing platforms and Google Analytics;</li>
<li>Proactive and ability to work both independently and as an effective team member in a team environment;</li>
<li>Interest in animal protection issues.</li>

The senior data analyst will serve as a lead analyst on HOPE’s data analytics team. In this role, the analyst will manage analysis projects by setting project timelines and coordinating collaboration both within the Data Analytics team and with other departments at HOPE. The analyst will also run SQL queries and utilize Power BI and/or R/Python to develop dashboards and reports required by the HOPE operations team, provide insights into key data trends, and/or provide statistical analyses in collaboration with other data analytics team members. The senior analyst will be responsible for presenting analysis findings to relevant stakeholders and representing the Data Analytics team in multi-departmental meetings. The senior analyst will also serve as a coach to other data analysts, leading collaboration amongst the team, and supporting ongoing projects.

<li>Promote and contribute to the fulfillment of HOPE International’s mission and vision.</li>
<li>Data Analysis and Consultation to Global Network of Programs</li>
<li>Manage data analytics projects from request to deliverables, including creating project timelines and coordinating efforts between data analysts and with other HOPE departments</li>
<li>Leverage data analytics best practices and knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools to conduct thorough analyses of complex data from field programs across the globe; extract important insights and clearly communicate key findings to HOPE leadership; assist with communication to external audiences</li>
<li>Develop analytical models and dashboards from field-level portfolio data for HOPE International’s Microfinance and Savings Group teams to achieve strategic plan goals for automated operational reporting</li>
<li>Support data management team through data quality investigation and data extraction error identification</li>
<li>Train US-based HOPE teams on Power BI with the goal of developing self-service analysis capabilities across the organization</li>

<li>Lead documentation and standardization efforts for how HOPE performs data analysis; suggest improvements in tools and techniques; integrate statistical analysis into traditional Power BI analyses</li>

<li>4-5+ years of experience in data analytics, data warehousing, computer science or related disciplines</li>
<li>Demonstrated interest in microfinance, international development, and financial services</li>
<li>Technical proficiency in SQL required, with other languages like R or Python a preferred</li>
<li>Experience with Power BI required; experience in data warehousing applications and IT support infrastructure strongly preferred</li>
<li>Experience with project management and leadership of multi-person project teams, including setting timelines and coordinating team collaboration among analysts with different skillsets.</li>
<li>Strong statistical background and experience with statistical software preferred</li>
