trubel&amp;co is eager to welcome a full-time Director of Learning &amp; Instructional Design to lead our learning &amp; programs department at a pivotal moment in our growth, offering their experience designing, implementing, and measuring educational programs, while advancing the pursuit of justice. This is a new role, built to meet the demands of a growing portfolio of programs, a fleet of facilitators working across the country, and an emerging teacher-facing professional development practice. The Director will own the instructional vision of the organization, manage a department that includes an Associate Director of Programs, contracted instructional designers, fellows, interns, and facilitation staff, and serve as our lead facilitator for school-facing work. This role will involve a mix of instructional design, educational coaching, impact measurement, standards alignment, and curricular research, and new program development, and the role will report directly to the Executive Director. As with many start-up organizations, there may be additional ad-hoc support needed across the organization, including partnership development, communications, and client sourcing.
This is a player-coach role. You will build systems and manage people, and you will also be in the room with teachers and facilitators, modeling the practice you&#8217;re asking others to deliver. The ideal candidate is a practitioner who has grown into strategy — someone who can run a social studies teacher-facing data civics workshop on a Tuesday, write a youth GIS and mapping curriculum on a Wednesday, and then hop in to advise our CTO on how to improve our GenAI curricula planning tool.

By 6 months, you will have stood up the core infrastructure: an internal PD library for teachers, a coaching cycle for Geospatial Justice Facilitators, and a working system for how curriculum moves from idea to classroom. trubel&amp;co has two semester cycles of teacher Community of Practice to run in Fall 2026. This role will also act as the trusted advisor on CivicScape&#8217;s curricular direction. Teachers across multiple subject areas will see you as the person who can turn a rough idea into a data civics activity that lands in their classroom, regardless of subject, geography, or technical background.
By 12 months, you will be setting direction rather than just executing it. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Communications and Marketing, the Communications Associate plays a key support role in the execution of Israel Policy Forum’s communications operations. The position helps advance the visibility of the organization, its mission, programs, and spokespeople by supporting the implementation of communications initiatives across traditional and digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include building and distributing email campaigns, posting content to social media channels, proofreading and formatting written materials, updating website content, providing registration and logistical support for virtual events, collecting and organizing data from communications platforms, and assisting with administrative and project-based tasks that support the day-to-day needs of a fast-paced communications department.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Email Marketing and Audience Communications

<li>Build, schedule, and distribute email communications through Campaign Monitor, including newsletters, event promotions, fundraising appeals, organizational updates, and other audience-specific campaigns.</li>
<li>Assist with audience segmentation, list management, and email performance tracking to help improve campaign targeting, engagement, and overall effectiveness.</li>

Digital Content and Editorial Support

<li>Draft, edit, proofread, and format digital content across platforms, including email copy, social media posts, website updates, newsletters, event materials, reports, graphics, video captions, and podcast-related materials.</li>

The Account Executive, Digital Marketing provides a robust set of integrated and standalone digital services for our non-profit clients. This position requires experience in client management, developing digital and multi-channel fundraising strategies, data analysis, and project management.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
The salary range for this position is $80,000 &#8211; $90,000.
&nbsp;
Responsibilities:
Account Strategy/Client Management&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Serves as lead account manager on select mid-revenue accounts, providing client management support and technical expertise to supporting account managers and coordinators.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contributes to the development of creative strategies and testing plans that integrate multiple channels, including direct mail, digital advertising, email, and web.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manages client relationships and those with other vendors involved with each client.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Drafts and edits landing page and email copy for client fundraising, engagement, and advocacy campaigns.</li>
<li>Manages new email subscriber imports, onboarding, and sourcing with the digital ads team.</li>
<li>Writes strategy memos and creative briefs.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversees regular client email reporting and provides insight and analysis on digital program performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Serves as a lead project manager for major client or company initiatives that require multiple assignments within and outside of the company, complex timelines, and the use of project management tools like Basecamp and Asana.</li>
<li>Assist with developing comprehensive budgets for digital fundraising and tracking client revenue goals.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Leads client and internal meetings.</li>
<li>Responsible for understanding larger industry trends and the impact on clients and the company.</li>
</ul>
Internal People, Project, and Process Management
<ul>
<li>Identifies opportunities to optimize email production processes for the department that will create efficiencies across the team.</li>
<li>Contributes to developing documentation as needed to provide standards of service executed consistently across clients.</li>
<li>Manages and onboards account coordinators and contractors in the department as staffing allows.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
New Business Development
<ul>
<li>Helps produce new client proposals and participates in new client pitches.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Represents ABD Direct at industry events, both through attendance and presentations.</li>
</ul>
Must-have Experience and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>3-6 years of experience in agency, nonprofit, or political direct response marketing.</li>
<li>Excellent command of email marketing best practices.</li>
<li>Intense attention to detail with solid self-organization skills.</li>
<li>Commitment to maintaining excellence in client service.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Able to work independently in a changing environment, meet tight deadlines, and exercise good judgment to set and meet results-oriented goals.</li>
<li>Some travel required; ability to work off-hours in support of client meetings and events.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellence in MS Office or Google Suite products</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-have Experience and Qualifications:

<li>Engaging Networks, Luminate, or EveryAction experience.</li>

Magic Cabinet is a private foundation dedicated to shifting philanthropy by centering community. To align our operational backbone with this mission, we are in a critical shift to bring relationship data across various platforms into a unified Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The goal is to ensure that relationship coordination &#8211; among grantees, funder partner clients, community members, and more &#8211; serves as the engine for data-driven strategy.
We are looking for a CRM Solutions Architect &amp; Implementation Partner to intentionally establish a unified CRM architecture and robust data practices that adhere to Magic Cabinet’s jobs-to-be-done (JTBDs) and data sovereignty framework.*
This consulting engagement is distinguished by two sequential phases: 
<ol>
<li>Through December 2026 &#8211; Consultant leads requirements validation, data audit and inventory, software vetting and selection, data architecture &amp; preparation, and initiating data migration.</li>
<li>In 2027 &#8211; Consultant continues and completes data migration, conducts testing and validation, launches system to go-live, in addition to leading post-launch onboarding, standard operating procedure refinement, and workflow maturation into 2027.</li>
</ol>
Magic Cabinet has allocated up to $250,000 in funding for this project. This amount will cover all deliverables of the project, including data auditing and technical documentation, vetting and evaluation of CRM software, costs of CRM acquisition and licensing for 2026, technical configuration of the CRM software, deployment documentation and staff onboarding, and all other associated documentation. 
Magic Cabinet welcomes proposals that accurately reflect the scope, level of expertise, approach, timeline, and resources required to successfully complete the work. Respondents should submit a proposal with a detailed budget accompanied by clear descriptions and rationale for proposed costs, deliverables, and timeline. 
The ideal start date is September 1, 2026 but we welcome proposals that outline a feasible timeline to achieve Phase 1 activities. While we offer flexibility around the start date, please clearly articulate how your project plan will ensure we hit this firm year-end data migration deadline.
<h3>Ideal Candidates</h3>
We are seeking a consultant or consulting firm with a proven capacity for intentional CRM projects such as this. The ideal candidate will possess:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of experience in applied CRM technical architecture and system implementation for government, non-profit, or foundation environments.</li>
<li>Demonstrated expertise in human-centered design concepts and user research.</li>
<li>A software-agnostic approach with the ability to objectively evaluate and implement various platforms based on JTBDs and organizational needs.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of system migration complexities and the governance required for high data-privacy and data sovereignty constraints.</li>
<li>Strong change management and project management skills focused on habituation and long-term staff uptake.</li>
<li>Proven experience managing sub-contractors/vendors to deliver cohesive project outcomes.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience working with or within communities that are underrepresented in philanthropy, including organizations led by and accountable to communities of color, immigrant communities, or low-income communities. This includes understanding the data privacy concerns, trust dynamics, and power considerations specific to these contexts.</li>

* Our organization has already developed JTBD documentation, a preliminary data governance framework, and sovereignty guardrails, and a weighted CRM system evaluation rubric is underway. These materials will be provided to the selected consultant to accelerate implementation. We ask respondents to focus on requirements validation, architecture, solution selection, implementation, and deployment.
