What You’ll Do

<li>Lead digital strategy&#8211; Develop cross-channel digital fundraising and advocacy strategies that inspire audiences and deepen donor engagement.</li>

<li>Mentor &amp; lead&#8211; Supervise and support Digital Program Managers and Senior Digital Program Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development.</li>

What We’re Looking For

POSITION SUMMARY
The Online Membership Associate supports the fundraising and communications activities of the Center for Biological Diversity’s Development/Membership program. This position will increase constituent engagement, help acquire new donors and supporters, and help raise funds across digital channels. The Online Membership Associate is integral to the day-to-day operations of fundraising, advertising and marketing efforts on social media, petition sites, and other platforms and outlets to help engage the Center’s base of 1.8 million supporters and members and to expand that base significantly. This position communicates and collaborates with other Development, Membership, Conservation and Communications staff to create content promoting the Center’s work and mission.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul>
<li>Producing and optimizing landing pages, including petitions, donation forms, advocacy alerts, events and others;</li>
<li>Producing high-quality fundraising emails, including writing, editing, graphic production, audience targeting, final email delivery and reporting;</li>
<li>Working with the Online and Social Fundraising Director and Senior Content Producer, supporting the development and execution of results-based digital campaigns for lead generation, retargeting cultivation and donor upselling across Facebook, Instagram, Google and other ad platforms from start to finish &#8212; campaign setup, creative production and reporting;</li>

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Role Summary: Facing History &amp; Ourselves is seeking a CRM Project Manager to join our Technology team. The Project Manager is a vital role at Facing History that will help lead impactful cross-functional projects using expertise, empathy, creativity.
The CRM Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects for the CRM (Salesforce) team. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Using your technical and project management expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and advancing our strategic goals, and proactively managing our portfolio.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Project Management (50%)

<li>Conduct detailed project planning for multiple concurrent projects; ensure execution runs as planned, and adjust projects as needed, including managing risks, stakeholders, and dependencies.</li>

POSITION OVERVIEW&nbsp;
The Partnership for Public Service seeks a Senior Web Developer to play a key role in advancing our mission of building a better government and a stronger democracy.
Reporting to the Creative Director and working collaboratively with a highly matrixed team, this position translates UX guidance from a team of designers and assembles it with custom code and CMS skills to build user-friendly and functional experiences for multiple audiences. This person creates, manages and maintains backend data storage systems and must understand large data sets and how to securely and efficiently translate them to a front-end web experience. The Senior Web Developer is also responsible for creating and leading the strategy around digital data and data visualization and working across teams to ensure we are showcasing our data and statistics in an efficient and digestible way that can be managed internally.&nbsp;
The ideal candidate is skilled in WordPress, CSS, HTML and Javascript and possesses strong project management skills. Understanding the entire web development process from development to launch, including design, content creation, development and deployment is key to this role.&nbsp;
The Senior Web Developer will work as part of an interdisciplinary communications team of marketing, graphic design, social media, editorial, researchers, media, and programs and events staff, and as a result should be able to collaborate with others and contribute ideas.
