<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Portland is a city that suits the NTC — independent, community-minded, and with roots in nonprofit technology and civic organizing going back decades. It&#8217;s a lovely place to be in early spring, with cherry blossoms in late March and rivers and mountains framing the city. A welcoming backdrop for gathering and learning together, and a good reason to give yourself a day on either side.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Most of the NTC&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nten.org/gather/ntc/program">program</a>&nbsp;will take place at <strong>Oregon Convention Center (777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Portland, OR 97232).</strong> Find travel tips, transit info, and NTEN-discounted hotel options to help you prepare.</p>
