This month&#39;s Portland Nonprofit Tech Club will explore practical cybersecurity concepts through a nonprofit lens, including questions like: <ul><li>What are the most common digital risks nonprofits face?</li><li>How do organizations protect sensitive information?</li><li>What makes a security practice effective in the real world?</li><li>How can small organizations improve security without becoming security experts?</li></ul>The evening will include a short facilitated presentation, community discussion, and opportunities to share experiences and resources with others working in nonprofits, civic technology, education, and mission-driven organizations. No prior cybersecurity knowledge is required. Whether you&#39;re responsible for technology decisions, work with sensitive information, or are simply curious about digital security, you&#39;re welcome to join the conversation.
