Bias is a natural part of both professional and daily life. Just as humans carry implicit biases, AI systems can also develop unchecked bias that leads to imbalance, skewed data, discrimination, and reputational risk. Understanding where bias comes from — in ourselves and in technology — is essential for building trustworthy AI.
This course equips professionals, technologists, and leaders with the knowledge and tools to identify, evaluate, and mitigate bias in AI while applying an ethical and inclusive lens. Through real-world examples, case studies, and practical frameworks, participants will learn how to ensure fairness, accountability, and inclusivity in AI systems while aligning with emerging standards and regulations.
Participants will leave not only with technical awareness but also with the leadership tools to apply AI responsibly and creatively in their own fields.
