SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Provide day-to-day maintenance, administration and support of desktop applications and business systems to enhance productivity, communications and information accessibility throughout the Museum. Improve Service Desk quality of service by mentoring junior team members, orienting end users to new technology, onboarding new staff members, and participating in small projects to improve IT infrastructure at the Museum. Resolve hardware/software conflicts as well as basic network troubleshooting. Handle user support questions regarding various software programs. Serve as technical resource in development of new solutions and implementation of new systems.

This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Sunday-Thursday.

STARTING SALARY:
Exempt (Salaried). $60,000-65,000 / year
