Something is preventing you from registering colleagues.
To register as a group, your NTEN profile must be connected to your current organization.
Before registering your colleagues, make sure everyone has an NTEN account and that their profile lists the same organization. If someone doesn’t appear in your registration list, they’ll need to create an NTEN account and add your organization to their profile first.
