Overview
The Development Manager is the primary internal driver of day-to-day fundraising execution. This role translates strategy into action through portfolio management, direct and written solicitation, stewardship systems, event-related revenue activity, reporting, and moves management. The role is central to revenue growth because it carries a defined donor portfolio, advances pipeline movement, executes stewardship plans, supports leadership-facing fundraising activity, and leads event-related additional revenue not reflected in donor portfolios.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Portfolio Management and Donor Stewardship

Overview
The Director of Operations leads the organization&#8217;s operational infrastructure, regulatory compliance, technology, and facilities. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role ensures that systems, processes, and compliance tools are secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Director oversees a small team responsible for IT support, data systems, and operations, and collaborates with program and development leaders to implement solutions that improve efficiency and client service delivery.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit operations or administration is required, preferably within a human services or child welfare setting. Experience with IT vendor management, facilities oversight, regulatory compliance, and nonprofit data systems is required. Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop staff is required, along with knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements related to public and private grants and child welfare services. A bachelor&#8217;s degree is required. A master&#8217;s degree in information systems, business, or related field is preferred.

The Mission
Family Promise is a national nonprofit working to end family homelessness. We support a network of roughly 180 Affiliates across the country &#8212; local organizations on the ground housing families, delivering services, and rebuilding stability one household at a time.
Family Link is our case management platform, built on AppSheet, that gives Affiliates a standard for how they document and manage the families they serve &#8212; and gives us real-time visibility into what&#8217;s happening across the network.
The platform works. Over half the network is live. The data we&#8217;re generating is real and meaningful. Now we need to use it better, and build smarter &#8212; with Affiliates, not just for them.
The Role
We&#8217;re hiring a part-time Product Manager to own the specification layer between product vision and our development team.
This is an execution role. The core job is getting close to our users &#8212; Affiliate staff, case managers, executive directors &#8212; understanding what they actually need, and translating that into developer-ready specs the team can build against. You&#8217;ll manage the backlog, coordinate UAT, and help communicate what&#8217;s shipping to the network.
You&#8217;ll work closely with our AppSheet developer, in the design phase. And collaborate with the broader product delivery team, on handoff and execution. You&#8217;ll co-host our monthly Community Call with our Affiliate Success Lead, and over time you&#8217;ll own our weekly Affiliate newsletter.
Who We&#8217;re Looking For
You have experience translating user needs into product decisions &#8212; whether inside a nonprofit, at a software company serving nonprofits, or both. You know what a good spec looks like and you&#8217;ve seen what happens when the spec is bad. You&#8217;ve talked to real users and changed what you were building because of what you heard.
You&#8217;re energized by the execution layer, not just the strategy layer. You want to be close to the work and close to the people it serves. You&#8217;re comfortable operating with autonomy in a constrained environment and you don&#8217;t need a lot of infrastructure to be effective.

The mission of the Organic Farming Research Foundation (OFRF) is to foster the improvement and widespread adoption of organic farming systems. OFRF envisions a future where organic farming is the leading form of agriculture. Since its founding in 1990, OFRF has sponsored organic farming research, education, and outreach to support organic and transitioning farmers across North America. This work is complemented by efforts to share our findings with policy makers, agricultural institutions, and federal agencies to support broader change and advance the organic sector.
<h4>POSITION OVERVIEW</h4>
The Data Integrity Specialist is a&nbsp;full-time, temporary position (June-Sept 2026)&nbsp;and is not eligible for benefits. While the organization is based in Santa Cruz, CA, this position can work remotely within the continental USA.
The Data Integrity Specialist will hold responsibility for cleaning up OFRF’s organizational database, including maintaining existing records, merging duplicates, and entering new data collected. They will provide support organization-wide to improve our internal recordkeeping, supporting the organization in the next phase of growth in building subscribers, segmenting our audiences, and cultivating relationships. Position Summary:
The Development Director drives and coordinates fundraising activities across the organization. <li class="ql-align-justify">Candidates hired into this role typically start between $85,000–$94,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal pay equity guidelines, with the full range extending beyond this band allowing for annual and long-term growth within the role. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes fully paid core benefits, profit sharing, automatic retirement contributions, and employee ownership, each explained in greater detail below.
