Director of Communications

Vision Change Win has been building up our communications infrastructure for the past several years. As the inaugural Communications Director, you will be responsible for elevating Vision Change Win’s presence and offerings among Left movement ecosystems. You will create a compelling narrative strategy for VCW’s brand, work collaboratively to develop and implement marketing strategies for key programs, and support development and dissemination of resources for partners. The Communications Director will provide strategic vision and leadership for marketing and communications across all channels, including social media, mass email, and website. You will drive the external, public-facing parts of our work to strengthen Left movement groups and to defeat fascism. The Communications Director will report to the Deputy Director of Operations and will be a member of the Leadership Team, as well as working closely with Security Director to maintain VCW’s rigor around safety and security.

Vision Change Win is a Black-led team of mostly queer and trans people of color dedicated to supporting organizations in fully manifesting their missions, visions, and values. We are seeking our first Communications Director to join our team.
