The selected contractor will be responsible for the following services:

<li>Create and manage campaigns within the Google Ads Grant account, ensuring compliance with required policies.</li>

<h3>Contract Term and Trial Period</h3>
The initial contract term will be for twelve (12) months, beginning on or around August 1, 2025, with the option to renew or extend upon mutual agreement.
To ensure mutual fit, the agreement will include a three-month trial period. At the end of this period, both parties may evaluate the working relationship, deliverables, and overall performance, and terminate the contract without penalty. After the trial period, either party may terminate the agreement for any reason with 30 days’ written notice.

About the Role

About the Role



The Technical Programs Project Manager is a full-time role that is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of projects both externally across 90+ clients and internally at Personified. The Position



The Salesforce and Grants Administrator will play a central role in strengthening the Foundation’s grantmaking systems and internal operations. Reporting to the Grants Manager, this position blends technical system ownership with high-quality administrative execution. This position will serve as the Foundation’s internal Salesforce lead, helping to ensure the platform supports evolving organizational needs and is accessible and effective for all users. In parallel, they will provide responsive support to grantees and staff across the full grant lifecycle, ensuring smooth processes and strong data integrity. Working at Gates Family Foundation

The IT Operations Associate assists in running day-to-day technology operations for our clients, with a focus on providing outstanding onboarding and offboarding experiences via email, Slack and virtual meetings (ex. Google meets, and Zoom). This position is remote.



The IT Operations Associate is responsible for supporting and implementing our clients’ processes and procedures surrounding onboarding, offboarding, and tech procurement.

<li>Supporting and implementing onboarding, offboarding, and tech procurement processes and procedures for 50 to 60 clients.</li>



<li>Supporting the maintenance of documentation for IT operations procedures and policies, including an IT Operations Playbook for each client.</li>



<li>Assist with improving existing IT operations systems and workflows.</li>



<li>Working closely with client points of contact staff to ensure clear communication and effective processes surrounding the intersection of IT, Operations, and HR.</li>



<li>Responding to IT operations support request tickets via email, Slack, and ticketing system.</li>



<li>Documenting client requests to track progress to completion, identifying chronic problem areas, and ensuring a high level of customer service.</li>



<li>Processing administrative IT requests from clients on an ad hoc basis as it relates to onboarding, offboarding, and tech procurement.</li>

We are seeking an individual with 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing great customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented. The candidate must be comfortable interacting with clients and their staff through email, Slack, and virtual meetings.



It’s important that the individual who fills this role is a self-starter and a team player. Additionally, we’re looking for a team member who can pick up new systems and technical concepts quickly and can provide suggestions to improve upon current operational workflows and processes.



While we prefer prior political/nonprofit IT or operations experience, we will make exceptions for the right candidate.

Gender Justice and Gender Justice Action (Gender Justice/Action) are nonprofit legal, policy, and political advocacy organizations based in St. Paul, Minnesota, working in Minnesota and North Dakota to advance gender equity through the law. We represent clients directly in state and federal court and before administrative agencies in impact and strategic litigation cases. In addition to pursuing justice through the legal system, we also advocate for policies that expand gender equity and educate the public about their rights and how to fight gender discrimination. We employ grassroots organizing, coalition building, and strategic communications and narrative strategies to create the movement momentum and cultural conditions for gender equity to flourish. POSITION SUMMARY&nbsp;



Gender Justice/Action seeks a detail-oriented and driven Development Manager to join our development team. The Development Manager will play an integral role in helping to plan and implement a fundraising strategy for a rapidly growing multi-million dollar organization. Gender Justice/Action’s development team raises funds for Gender Justice and UnRestrict Minnesota (501(c)3 entities), and Gender Justice Action and UnRestrict Minnesota Action (501(c)4 entities). 



The development team’s vision is to develop stable, consistent, and flexible sources of funding to facilitate Gender Justice/Action’s growth and sustain larger organizations. We currently run a robust grant-seeking program and a new, rapidly growing individual donor program. We also raise revenue for the organization through digital campaigns, sponsorships, and several other funding streams. 



ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS—In collaboration with, and at the direction of, the Director of Development and other organizational leadership, essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:&nbsp;



Grantseeking:&nbsp;

<li> Prospect, research, draft, and submit grant requests primarily from private and community foundations </li>

<li>Complete daily, weekly, and monthly gift processing duties for all financial gifts, including mailed-in checks, online donations, and third-party donation platforms </li>



<li>Ensure timely processing of all acknowledgement letters (hard copy and electronic) </li>



<li>Quickly and effectively download donor lists and fundraising reports </li>



<li>Develop expertise in EveryAction CRM and routinely maintain and improve its data quality </li>

QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;
