About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Officer, Fundraising Systems to support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Private Fundraising’s Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud environment and related fundraising systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a systems-focused professional who combines strong Salesforce expertise with a service-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Systems Administration

  • Manage additional fundraising tools and platforms used across the team, including Basecamp, Bitwarden, and Funraise
  • Identify, implement, and maintain applications, enhancements, and system improvements that support fundraising operations
  • Document customizations, support upgrades and releases, and help plan for long-term systems development

Integrations, Automation & Data Quality

  • Support and maintain integrations across fundraising and enterprise platforms, including 360 SMS, Power BI, Conga Composer, Funraise, and Microsoft tools
  • Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as flows, validation rules, and related functionality
  • Audit and maintain data quality and consistency across systems
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with internal teams and vendors to develop effective solutions

Reporting, Training & Team Support

  • Partner on the development and maintenance of reporting and analytics in Power BI and Salesforce
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training for users across fundraising systems
  • Help strengthen team-wide adoption, process consistency, and overall Salesforce capability across the External Relations department
  • Contribute to key fundraising systems projects and other operational priorities as needed

Who We’re Looking For

You are a detail-oriented systems professional who enjoys improving processes, solving technical challenges, and supporting teams through strong systems administration and user enablement. You bring both analytical and project management strength, and you are comfortable balancing day-to-day system support with longer-term improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Nonprofit Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and functionality
  • Experience building and managing custom objects, formula fields, processes, views, and other platform configurations
  • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements across Salesforce and integrated systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, but not required

Why Join Us

This role offers the opportunity to help strengthen the systems that power Action Against Hunger’s fundraising efforts and mission impact. You will play an important part in improving operational efficiency, supporting better decision-making, and enabling stronger fundraising performance across the External Relations team.
