Description:
Do you love digging into digital performance data and figuring out what’s really driving results? Do you enjoy connecting the dots between platforms, campaigns, and outcomes to help make smarter marketing decisions?
At Avalon Consulting Group, we partner with our nonprofit clients to develop integrated omnichannel direct marketing strategies that drive the results needed to advance their mission in areas like environmental conservation, animal, social justice, and cultural arts. Our digital fundraising campaigns connect millions of supporters to causes they care about, and data is at the heart of how we make that work.
As a Senior Digital Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of Digital and Analytics—working with paid media, email, and web data to bring clarity to performance and guide smarter strategy. You’ll help ensure our digital data is accurate, aligned, and meaningful, while translating it into insights that help our clients drive stronger results and deepen supporter engagement.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we understand and use digital data, while collaborating with a smart, supportive, inclusive team that cares deeply about the work and the people behind it.
What You’ll Do with Us
In this role, you’ll help ensure that our digital data is accurate, connected, and telling a clear story. You’ll work across platforms to support how data is tracked, extracted, transformed, structured, and interpreted, helping teams confidently understand performance and make informed decisions.
You’ll contribute to reporting and analysis efforts by establishing and monitoring data flows, building and updating dashboards, applying different attribution models, exploring trends across campaigns, and translating findings into actionable insights. Along the way, you’ll partner closely with Avalon’s Digital and Analytics teams by helping bridge perspectives, support and evolve measurement approaches, and continuously improve how we use data to guide strategy.
