Senior Digital Advertising Specialist
Objective of the Position
The Senior Digital Ad Specialist plays a lead role in the advertising programs of our non-profit clients by planning and executing fundraising and lead-generation campaigns on a variety of digital platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads, in addition to CTV and Display Ads.
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Digital Advertising Director and working in conjunction with Account staff, the Senior Digital Ad Specialist helps execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns that deliver results for our non-profit clients. The Senior Digital Ad Specialist is responsible for setting up and launching paid media campaigns and Google Grants, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, managing budgets and flight schedules, and collaborating on improvements and new ideas. They will partner with digital ad client leads to ensure campaigns align with the clients’ strategic goals.
The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist will work across multiple accounts to regularly optimize campaigns and help ensure ads reach performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements
Three to five years of experience running paid search, paid social, and display campaigns (Google, Microsoft, and Meta); strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, and pixel management; strong attention to detail; highly organized; flexible and able to multitask; and self-starter.
