Lead Systems Engineer

🛠️ Role Description: A high-impact “architect-builder” role. You’ll lead the design of custom-coded solutions (TypeScript, Node.js, React) and manage technical vendors/cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure LEE’s systems are scalable, secure, and AI-ready.

✅ Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in software engineering or systems architecture.

• Proven expertise in “Build” stacks (TypeScript, Node.js, Python) and API-first design.
• Experience managing technical teams or high-level contractors.
• Strong alignment with social justice and leadership development missions.

📍 Location: Flexible / Virtual (with approx. 10% travel for in-person team meetings).

💰 Salary: $54.86 – $85.21 per hour (Senior Director 1 level). This is a non-exempt position eligible for weekly overtime pay.
