Customer Advisory Board Description

FreshView is currently in limited release and is inviting experienced nonprofit fundraising and communications professionals to join its Customer Advisory Board (CAB). CAB members provide practitioner-level feedback on the FreshView platform, share perspectives on the responsible and effective use of AI in the nonprofit sector, and help guide the product’s future direction. This is not a salaried role.

Advisory Board members commit approximately 2 hours per month and receive complimentary access to the FreshView platform (Enterprise Tier), along with dedicated customer support to assist with their organization’s AI, fundraising and communications efforts. In addition to ongoing feedback opportunities, CAB members are invited to virtual community sessions, including webinars and facilitated discussions, to connect with nonprofit fundraising leaders, FreshView staff, and fellow advisors.

Key Characteristics

Ideal CAB members will demonstrate most of the following:

  • Experience or current professional responsibilities in one or more of the following areas: annual giving, nonprofit communications, email marketing, social media management (paid and/or organic), digital fundraising, CRM and nonprofit technology, blog or content marketing
  • Interest in—and ability to thoughtfully evaluate—tools used to prepare, assess, and optimize nonprofit communications
  • Experience in multi-channel fundraising with a strong understanding of donor engagement, digital marketing, and nonprofit operations
  • Knowledge of marketing strategy and its application within the nonprofit sector
  • Familiarity with AI-powered platforms or digital analytics tools (preferred, but not required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nonprofit Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

We want to build a platform powered by and for the nonprofit community. This role is designed for professionals who want to contribute to the future AI tools for nonprofit fundraising and communications.
