This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of HOPE’s Salesforce instance, ensuring data integrity, user accessibility, and system efficiency. This role will regularly interface with internal end users through help desk tickets requesting troubleshooting help or improved system usability. S/he will regularly assist in large interdepartmental projects or occasionally lead smaller projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and contribute to the fulfillment of HOPE International’s mission and vision

CRM Team Member

  • Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of HOPE’s CRM instance (Salesforce NPSP) in compliance with security, data privacy, and organizational requirements
  • Respond to and analyze help desk tickets and translate common needs across teams into actionable user stories and work items
  • Assist in executing tasks for large interdepartmental projects such as end-of-year receipting or software implementations
  • Lead smaller, team-specific projects as assigned, collaborating with the full CRM team and the CRM Systems Manager
  • Actively participate in agile and DevOps practices, contributing to team efficiency
  • Provide excellent help desk support to stakeholders
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles for both end users and internal staff

Qualifications

  • Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to the mission and vision of HOPE International
  • Bachelor’s degree in information or computer science, engineering, finance, business management, or related field required
  • Experience in Salesforce required, with Administrator or other Salesforce certification preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in team communication and organizational skills
  • Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to solve issues independently and gracefully under pressure
  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving capacity
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions, strategies, and value with non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated desire to help people that have been brought low by poverty or other circumstances regain hope, dignity, and ability to support themselves and their families
  • Experience in non-profit or technology sectors preferred
