We are looking for our next Senior Specialist, Technology, to support our technology footprint, guide our organizational tech strategy, and create innovative and engaging member experiences across our digital platforms.
As the lead technologist, you will bring a high level of expertise in the Salesforce (CRM) platform to manage the CRM and Drupal integrations and coordinate with colleagues and consultants on our digital, web, and enterprise technology needs. You will serve in a technical, support, and project management capacity at all times, specifically for a planned website redesign in 2024-2025. You will collaborate to strategize, and lead implementation to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of online channels to achieve organizational objectives and evolving strategies.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining data policy and operationalizing tech strategy for the organization. This will require periodically meeting with stakeholders across the organization to understand the needs of various teams, on separate platforms and building a cohesive data plan, as well as training users on data entry and displaying the data as needed by the users.
Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, defining ambitious plans and goals based on user needs, executing superior technical project management, building processes, and systems, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization, and being able to translate technology to end users.
