Senior Digital Advertising Specialist

Lautman Maska Neill & Company is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven and extensive presence in the fundraising and nonprofit sectors and success running and managing ad campaigns from start to finish. The Senior Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for leading strategy development and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms and is adept at monitoring and analyzing campaign data to help optimize performance, provide recommendations, and ensure ads remain cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

·       Create and manage advertising strategy for nonprofit clients

·       Provide ongoing recommendations, conduct testing, procure audience targeting, and oversee creative direction

·       Analyze data ad results; report performance to clients

·       Write ad copy and collaborate with the Creative Department on art deliverables

·       Create campaign budgets, track spending, and make recommended changes based on ad performance

·       Create ads within ad platforms; collaborate across multiple team channels to get pixels, donation pages, and advocacy pages set up

·       Monitor ad performance and make real-time recommendations and changes to optimize ad performance

·       Set up new clients on advertising platforms; optimize Google Analytics and Tag Manager conversions

·       Collaborate with advertising vendors

Qualifications

·       3-5 years of digital advertising experience, including managing ad campaigns full-cycle in the fundraising and nonprofit sectors a must

·       Experience with Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads

·       Previous experience working in a digital agency that manages a portfolio of non-profit clients is strongly preferred

·       Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, a self-starter, and eager to make a difference

We are located south of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. Remote employees in operating locations are encouraged to apply.
