About WSAJ

Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ) is the largest association in the Pacific Northwest committed exclusively to protecting the civil justice system and serving the needs of plaintiffs’ attorneys. At WSAJ, we advocate at the judicial and governmental levels on behalf of real people. We defend the Constitutional right of individuals to have their day in court. Our members and our staff fight to hold corporate and other powerful interests accountable—in doing so, we strive to make Washington state a more just and equitable place for all who enter its borders.

  • More than 2,400 attorneys are members of this organization. Our members reside across the state, and all represent plaintiffs with civil legal claims. Among other valuable resources, WSAJ members benefit from the work of our Government Affairs team and affiliated Political Action Committee.
