Digital Production Specialist

Objective of the Position

The role of the Digital Production Specialist is to play a lead role in executing digital fundraising and/or advocacy campaigns from start to finish, to advise our clients on digital innovations for web and email, and to provide superior service to non-profit clients and internal account teams.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Digital Production Director, the Digital Production Specialist works with other members of the Digital Department, account staff, and possibly with freelance support, to execute high-quality digital fundraising campaigns. The Digital Specialist is responsible for all production aspects of the campaign: creating and delivering emails, managing the testing process, building out forms and landing pages, conditionalizing content, managing the schedules, and adhering to quality control procedures.

About Your Responsibilities

Manages CRM technology (such as: Luminate, EveryAction, and Engaging Networks) to send out email communications. Tasks may include:

  •        Setting up campaigns, loading copy and art
  •        Conditionalizing/customizing content
  •        Landing page configuration
  •        Data segmentation
  •        Managing the QC testing process
  •        Executing A/B tests
  •        Reviewing and interpreting campaign results
  •        Stays up to date with the latest HTML, CSS, and JavaScript tools and trends.
  •        Maintains strong relationships with account teams and other departments.
  •        Acts as “in-house technical consultant” to all account staff and to clients as needed.
  •        Attends training sessions including company seminars as well as industry events and conferences, in consultation with supervisor.
  •        Stays abreast of client capabilities and needs, proactively providing solutions.
  •        Performs other tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  •        Minimum three years of digital marketing experience, preferably with a non-profit or agency
  •        Ability to code basic HTML by hand
  •        eCRM experience strongly preferred (such as Luminate, Engaging Networks, Every Action, etc.)
  •        Strong attention to detail
  •        High degree of organizational skills; flexible and able to multi-task
  •        Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

About Our Location:

We are located south of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC. The position is offered in either a Hybrid, On-site, or *remote capacity.

*This position will be available remotely for candidates who will be in a work location in which Lautman Maska Neill & Company has an established business entity. We currently operate in Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, and Washington DC.
