How can you “make the case” for the adoption and integration of AI and reinforce a culture of innovation and experimentation in your organization? Whether you’re looking to test out-of-the-box AI tools or want to try creating your own machine learning model—one effective and low-risk way of doing so is to conduct a pilot or experiment. By testing AI tools, you can get answers to key questions and assumptions enabling you to determine if and how best to proceed.
In this course, you’ll get a mini-playbook, best practices, and customizable templates (designed by DoTank) created to help you not only plan your own AI-based pilot program, but also to guide you through the launch and review of the project. Upon completion of this lesson, you’ll have the tools you need to craft your own pilot and be better equipped to demonstrate the value of AI tools and technology in your organization.
