Session Limits
There is a limit of two sessions per organization. It does not matter if you are participating as a Lead or Secondary speaker. We set this limit to help ensure a wide and diverse range of voices and perspectives are included in the delivery of the educational content at the conference.

Speaker Team Compositions
We encourage the following characteristics around the speaker teams for each session

  • Nonprofit voice represented
  • At least 2 – No Solos (Diversity of perspectives & risk management)
  • Encourage inclusion of underrepresented groups
  • Encourage new voices from the community

Updating Your Speaker Profile
Once you have been added to a session you can use the Speaker Profile Update form to make changes to your  profile and add a headshot.

Adding Secondary Speakers
Use the form below to share information for your secondary speakers. Each speaker will receive a confirmation email with links to important resources such as this Speaker Guide.

If you plan to submit more than one at a time please use this standalone form for a better expereince.

  • So we know who submitted in case there are issue or follow-up needed.
  • Again, so we have a way to follow-up if questions or issues.
  • 3 digit number for your session. The session lead should have this.
