Your organizational Primary Contact is the manager for your organization’s NTEN membership account. This person can add, edit, and remove staff from your account, among other administrative tasks. There may be times when you will need that person to help you manage your account.
1) Log into the NTEN site. Or, if already logged in, click the “Account” button at the top right of the screen.
2) From your profile, go to the “My Organization” tab.
3) The Primary Contact for your organizational account will be listed at the top of the “My Organization” tab.
4) To change your account’s organizational Primary Contact: Make sure you’re connected to your organizational account and ask the existing Primary Contact to transfer the role to you. Or, if your Primary Contact has left your organization or can’t be reached for some reason, you may contact NTEN and we can make this change on your behalf.
