We are a small non-profit organization of approximately 600 members worldwide. We are considering a complete overhaul of our current, antiquated website and need assistance in developing an RFP that encompasses all our requirements including the adoption of a yet-to-be-determined CRM and accounting package that integrates with the website's payment and subscription services.
We have a number of "personas" to serve:
1. Members
2. Donors
3. Scholars (both Oxfordian and otherwise)
4. Teachers
5. Students
6. Conference Attendees
7. Curious Newcomers
8. Journalists
9. Skeptics (Stratfordians and others)
We need help to ensure the technical challenges are fully understood by vendor that respond to our future RFP and that we have a level playing field where all bids reflect the same set of requirements.
