The Senior Technology Coordinator will support core organizational platforms, contractors, and databases. This role reports to the Director of Technology & Marketing, and will play a crucial part of a cross-functional department. As a small nonprofit, we are very focused on utilizing technology for a high impact and constantly improving our tech reach.

We ensure that school food professionals have the resources, funding and support they need to provide cook-from-scratch meals that support the health of children and our planet. To date, we’ve reached over 13,000 schools and over 3.3 million children in all 50 states.

Compensation ranges between $48,000 - $58,750 per year and will be commensurate with the candidate’s previous experience and credentials. Key Responsibilities
Technology Management
- Support Director of Technology & Marketing with technology projects, such as new software incorporation, security overviews and cross-platform integrations
- Oversee and manage Salesforce database, including data hygiene, best practices, and new developments or connections
- Coordinate with Salesforce consultants, including project management and ticket prioritization
- Create formalized data process & guidelines for team usage
- Support API creation with Salesforce developers
- Manage website maintenance and optimization
Organization Support
- Manage and coordinate technical contractors, including consultants, web developers, and software support teams
- Support organization tech needs, such as software licenses, updates, digital security, program platforms, etc.
- Provide technical support and training for employees, including Google Workplace, Zoom, and Salesforce
- Work with the Programs team on any needed technical integrations or platforms
Position Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting technology for an organization, preferably nonprofit
- Please note: you do not need any formal coding or software development knowledge. We are very open to non-traditional experience and on-the-ground learning.
- Experience preferred in: Salesforce, Craft, Wordpress, Classy, Moodle, Adobe, Zapier
- Salesforce admin experience is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues
- Ability to work virtually
