Job Title: Senior Enterprise Planner

Position Summary:

The Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF) seeks top talent for its Senior Enterprise Planner position. The Senior Enterprise Planner will join the Enterprise Planning & Analysis (EP&A) team within MJFF’s Strategy & Planning department. The Strategy & Planning department plays a critical role in advancing our mission by aligning operational plans with strategic priorities. Strategy & Planning works alongside the Finance and Technology departments within the Administration business unit. This position involves working cross-organizationally to build and maintain multi-year plans for complex enterprise programs. The Senior Enterprise Planner will also provide analysis that supports the organization's strategic planning, growth, and development efforts and translate findings into meaningful insights. The successful candidate will analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that may affect the organization and conduct due diligence on potential new ventures. The Senior Enterprise Planner will collaborate across teams throughout the enterprise planning process.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

·       Assess strategic growth initiatives and assist in the planning and development of strategic objectives for the organization.

·       Conduct studies on operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, and operating cost containment.

·       Provide analysis that supports the organization's strategic planning, growth, and development efforts and translate findings into meaningful insights.

·       Analyze strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that may affect the organization.

·       Assess market entry options and conduct due diligence on potential new ventures.

·       Utilize a strong understanding of business process analysis, workforce planning, and business reviews.

·       Collaborate across teams throughout the enterprise planning process.

Qualifications and Skills:

·       A proven track record of driving results in planning and analysis

·       Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, workforce planning, and business reviews.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

·       Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision and with wide latitude for independent judgment.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000. In addition to salary, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (MJFF) offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
