Fill in for an NTC presenter at the last minute and turn her “accidental speaker” experience into numerous kick-ass sessions: Charrosé King

Charrosé King is a graphic designer and communications specialist. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Parsons the New School for Design in Communication Design and a master’s degree from Georgetown University in Public Relations and Corporate Communications. She is currently the Senior Social Media Specialist at the American Psychiatric Association. Her career goals are to use her design and communication skills to create social progress, particularly to help marginalized communities by provoking change in how society views issues like access to education, feminism, race, and mental health.

Charrosé will be a presenter at the 2017 Nonprofit Technology Conference for a session called ‘Cultural Competency: Understanding Context in Communications.’
