A few helpful reminders:
- You can make any edits or updates to your proposals until August 17.
- You may submit up to 5 proposals per organization.
- Proposals cannot be changed after August 18.
- Voting on proposals happens between August 21 – August 31.
- Voting results are reviewed and session selections made in September.
- Notifications will be sent out on September 29.
