The Exhibit Hall is held on all three days of the conference and is also the scene of the NTC’s two receptions where we welcome attendees over food and drinks. As a result, the Exhibit Hall is one of the most popular conference activities, attended by all. Check out the 20NTC Exhibit Hall floor map here.

  • Standard 10’x10′ booth: $3,500
  • 10’x20′ booth: $7,000

You’ll Receive

  • Either three booth-only registrations or one full registration (with access to sessions) and one booth-only registration
  • Up to three additional booth-only registrations can be purchased for $250. After February 1, 2020, the cost increases to $300.
  • Up to four full conference registrations at the discounted registration rate of $649 until February 1, 2020. Beyond this, additional registrations are subject to standard attendee pricing and member/non-member rates.

NTC: Exhibitor Agreement

  • This is the person we will contact regarding information about the booth, upcoming deadlines, etc. Please note that this person is not automatically registered for the NTC.
    After you complete this form, we will reach out to you to get your booth preferences.
  • Using the online Exhibit Hall map as reference, please list your top three booth preferences and we will do our best to assign one of these to you based on availability.
    For every 10'x10' space you purchase, you get either 3 booth-only registrations or one full registration (with access to sessions) and one booth-only registration. Please choose which option you'd prefer.

    As a part of our Equity Commitment, we expect all sponsors and exhibitors to operate with their own Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and representatives will be subject to the NTEN Code of Conduct.


    Exhibiting and Sponsorship is contingent upon receipt of payment in full. If the full amount of the exhibit or sponsor payment has not been received before the start of the Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC), NTEN reserves the right to cancel exhibit booth or sponsorship without any rebate or allowances.

    You (Exhibitor or Sponsor) agree that upon acceptance of this Contract by NTEN with payment of the sponsor fee, this Contract shall become legally binding in accordance with its terms. Acceptance of the contract will be made by NTEN via the NTC website. The individual signing this document represents and warrants that you are duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the contracting company. You agree to be bound by the Application & Contract, Contract Terms, and/or any other regulations issued prior to the NTC. The Exhibitor or Sponsor also agrees to comply with all federal, state and local laws, as well as the rules of the conference hotel and convention center. Terms are enforced regardless of whether or not Exhibitor of Sponsor attends the event. Should the agreement be referred to a collection agency for any reason, You (Exhibitor or Sponsor) are responsible for costs associated with any and all collection efforts.


    In the event that the Exhibitor or Sponsor wishes to cancel the sponsorship granted in this Agreement, Exhibitor or Sponsor must send a notice of cancellation in writing to NTEN, c/o Amy Sample Ward.     Exhibitor and Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable.

    NTEN event registration fees are fully refundable within 30 days of registering for the event, through February 11, 2019. A $50 handling/processing fee will be charged, and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded. If you do not cancel by 11:59pm PT on February 11, 2019, or if you fail to show up for the event, no refund will be issued. All refund requests must be made in writing and should be emailed to

    Registration fees may be transferred from one registrant to another. Please call 503-272-8800 to arrange a substitution. All registration refunds for the Nonprofit Technology Conference will be processed by April 30, 2019.

    All NTEN event sponsorship or exhibitor fees are non-refundable.


    It is against NTEN’s privacy policy to provide the names and contact information of any of our members or event attendees. Lead retrieval is available for rental through NTEN’s preferred show provider.


    If the premises where the event is to be housed are destroyed or damaged, or the event fails to take place as scheduled or is relocated or interrupted and discontinued or access to the premises is prevented or interfered with by reason of any strike, lockout, injunction, act of war, act of god, emergency declared by any government agency, or for any other reason, this contract may be terminated by NTEN. In the event of such termination, the Exhibitor or Sponsor waives any and all damages and claims for damages. Exhibitor and Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable.


    NTEN reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Exhibitor or Sponsor. NTEN reserves sole control over admission policies. These Contract Terms are established for the mutual protection of NTEN and the Exhibitor or Sponsor. NTEN reserves the right to make such changes in the time schedule or in the general plan of the Exhibit Hall as may be deemed by NTEN to be generally in the best interests. All matters and questions not covered by these Contract Terms are subject to the decision of NTEN.


    For Exhibitor or Sponsor badges, please refer to your current Sponsorship Guide or MOU, as complimentary badge numbers vary with each sponsorship or exhibit type.


    The aisles and all other spaces in the event space shall be under the control of NTEN. All displays, interviews, conferences, distribution of literature, lectures or any other type of activity shall be conducted inside the space allotted to each sponsor or exhibitor.


    Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered in any Court having jurisdiction thereof. Arbitration will be held in Oregon. This contract shall be deemed entered into in Oregon, and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the state of Oregon.


    Sponsor or Exhibitor warrants that it is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property used by Sponsor or Exhibitor at the NTC or in promotion thereof. Sponsor or Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NTEN for any action brought against NTEN and any cost incurred by NTEN, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of any dispute involving intellectual property owned or used by Exhibitor or Sponsor at NTC or in promotion thereof.

    Spamming or soliciting via email scraping or by phone is grounds for expulsion from the NTC and no refund will be issued.
  • Exhibitor Acceptance: This document, when signed by the Exhibitor, constitutes a binding, irrevocable, legal obligation in application to reserve space at NTEN's 2020 Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTC), March 24-26, 2020 in Baltimore, MD.
