Nicolle is a technologist, policy and process analyst, and trainer with 20 years of experience helping non-profit organizations, foundations and other changemakers to amplify their missions and create maximum impact. Her experience across a variety of organizational types and sizes, from a health educator and trainer with the National Cancer Institute, a program administrator for small cultural organizations throughout New York City, to a administrator, implementation consultant and process analyst for foundations, has given her a keen understanding of the unique needs of this sector, of organizations within the sector, and the ways in which technology can serve as a valuable tool for those seeking to create change. She is passionate about helping organizations to truly thrive, about accessible and innovative health care and policy, and about the powerful role of the arts in creating a healthy world. She carries a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and an interdisciplinary Master of Arts from New York University, specializing in social entrepreneurship, the role of technology in creating change and social policy analysis.
