Ken Montenegro is the Technology Director at the historic Center for Constitutional Rights in New York City.
Prior to his work at the CCR, Ken has been the lead technologist at Advancing Justice Los Angeles, Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles, Homeless Healthcare Los Angeles, and Maternal and Child Health Access. He is also a co-founder of the Radical Connections Network (of movement technologists), and of the Stop LAPD Spying Coalition. Ken has been fortunate enough to be a past board member of the Immigrant Defenders Law Center, NTEN, and past Vice President of the National Lawyers Guild. He has also been a Roadmap affiliated consultant.
Ken enjoys critical approaches and interrogations of systems...and digs music, books, food, and spaces that encourage reflection. He dreams of no more cops and borders.
