Associate Director, Digital Engagement
Enterprise Community PartnersAs a digital transformer for over 20 years, John is a marketing leader in interactive media, digital strategy, website development, information tech, project management and instructional technology. He serves as the Associate Director of Digital Engagement for Enterprise Community Partners, a national nonprofit creating opportunity for low- and moderate-income people through affordable housing in diverse, thriving communities. John oversees the administration, analytics, SEO and SEM for Enterprise's large Drupal 8 website (and microsites). Most recently, John project-managed a large-scale migration to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, bringing automated emails, customer journeys and data-driven, targeted outreach to the organization's marketing and communications platform.
John is a graduate of the 2014 Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business Leadership Essentials Community Impact Program. He received his Bachelor of Science in Art with a minor in Art Education from James Madison University. He's also UX Certified through the Nielsen-Norman Group, and Google Analytics IQ certified.
