Running an RFP Process While Keeping Your Cool

When it’s time for a major project like a website overhaul, an RFP (request for proposals) often becomes a necessary evil. And boy does the process eat up a lot of your time.

In this interactive workshop, members of the Great Believer team will cover ways to make the RFP process more smooth, effective, and yes, fun! This walkthrough includes writing the RFP, distributing it to vendors, answering questions, reviewing proposals, interviewing finalists, selecting a winner and kicking things off. At each milestone, we’ll share techniques that save time and help you to select the ideal vendor for your nonprofit.
