Led by Janedra Skyes, an expert in research-backed EDI strategies, and Jamie Hampton, the diversity chair of a nonprofit and a communications leader, you’ll be introduced to a customizable framework with strategies and tactics that you can use to write your own plan. We’ll share why these approaches matter and examples to illustrate how they work. Just as important, you’ll also learn common pitfalls and ways to continue your leadership EDI journey once the session is over.
