Workshop: KPIs 101 -How to Measure Performance with a Low Budget

KPIs are some of the best performance measurement tools available and the good news is that you don’t need a Ph.D. in Mathematics to set up and track them. You can join us in this interactive workshop instead. Using data already available in your organization, we’ll teach you what metrics to track, how to track them, and how to analyze both trends and correlations required for accurate reporting and impactful decision-making. We won’t pitch any fancy tools, we’ll provide everything you need to set your own KPI tracking system. You’ll leave with worksheets, a dashboard template, and more importantly, the confidence required to make data-driven decisions and run your organization better than ever before.
