How to Design an Equitable Organization

Based on her critically acclaimed book, Equity: How to Design Organizations Where Everyone Thrives, author and Brevity & Wit founder Minal Bopaiah will help leaders understand how they can embrace their power to design a more fair and just workplace. Through storytelling, data, and case studies, she’ll show how some current DEI practices are well-intentioned but unimpactful and what needs to change for organizations to truly see the transformation they desire. Participants will be exposed to a theory of change that’s easy to understand, as well as what to do next to authentically advance equity in their organizations.
