Description

A global pandemic and social unrest has inevitably changed the way we work forever. So it is to be expected that the way we recruit, hire and onboard new employees also looks different! Is your organization up-to-speed with the continually evolving best practices associated with recruiting and hiring in a hybrid or completely digital work environment?

This session will provide recruiters, hiring managers and people operations staff with best practices and tools that can be easily implemented to ensure your organization is creating inclusive job descriptions, equitable interviewing practices and effective onboarding that promote your office culture, taking into consideration most or all of your process is taking place within the squares of Zoom, Google Meet and other technologies.
