In 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, YMCA of the USA launched it’s first insights hub. The hub provides centralized access to information in a secure, visually appealing environment. During this session I will share the planning and development processes we used to develop our insights hub, how we launched the insights hub to internal and external staff, and the value of having a coordinated communications approach when launching the hub. The session will focus on not only highlighting successes but also mistakes and false starts.
