In this session, attendees will learn how to set up a tech-enabled monitoring and evaluation system. The cheatsheet from this session will enable you to 1) determine what information and which formats are valuable for decisions at your nonprofit, 2) how to find the right type of software for your M&E, 3) how to make people like and use the new software, and 4) how to use behavioural science to keep improving data use.
We will give you a process with decision trees, questions to ask, and pitfalls to look out for. We will NOT tell you to use any specific software solution.
