If you administer a CRM or other tools and platforms at an organization, you may have confronted the challenge of staff adoption. Don’t assume this is stubbornness or technophobia; staff often fail to adopt when they don’t feel empowered to use a system. Let’s talk about easily applicable methods of training, documentation, and support to empower staff to enthusiastically use the systems that help your organization succeed.
