Diversity & Inclusion for System Implementers…Let’s Do Our Part!

While many technology companies have implemented elaborate diversity and inclusion programs for their staff and leadership, most system implementers do not realize how inequities in the nonprofit sector are perpetuated through implementations itself. This workshop will explore the value of approaching system implementation through a D&I lens, uncovering equity “blind spots” that often get missed – from recognizing the missing voices at the table to understanding the power dynamics involved in decision-making, together we’ll surface practical ways to be mindful in our work.
