CRM Selection…When You Don’t Know What You Don’t Know

With so many CRMs in the market, it’s hard to make sense of it all! With so much to consume and so little time and resources, how is a nonprofit supposed to make such an important investment confidently? While there may not be a magic wand to help you select the perfect CRM for your nonprofit, there are plenty of ways to cut through the fluff and focus on what matters most. In this workshop, we will help nonprofit staff and leadership understand the vast CRM landscape, guide you on prioritizing the key differentiators of CRMs, and provide practical tools in making the best decision for your organization.
