Whether it’s an organizational change or key staff leaving or a sudden influx of work, your team’s resilience will be tested time and again…So how do you prepare your team to tough out the hard times?

In this session, you’ll find out how the Gift Processing Unit and the Donor Services Team at Doctors Without Borders have managed to keep turnover low while keeping morale and productivity high.
