Description
In our increasingly digital and data-driven world, emissions from digital technologies are rising rapidly. IT operations and purchasing can be the largest source of GHG emissions for organizations that don’t have significant facilities, travel, or manufacturing/transport. Even nonprofits without a specific environmental mandate can do their part to address the climate crisis by committing to more environmentally sustainable IT decisions. This session will provide practical advice on how nonprofits of all sizes can drive down their technology-related emissions.
