Session is co-facilitated by Susan Comfort, co-founder of Nonprofit Wellness and longtime nonprofit fundraiser. The co-faciliator will bring other wellness + fundraising perspectives to this skill-shop.
You will leave with Brain Boosting BINGO cards and Immune Booster Lists to share/discuss with your teams, plus a Personal Stress Prescription to fill out later. These tools are all available in Spanish or English (and in some cases the Spanish ones are better!).
Interactivity is key, as y’all already have many of the solutions you need. This session will be more rapid-fire ideas than relaxation — just 30 minutes — and you’ll leave with inspiration to try some surprising new things personally, as well as with your squad. It’s about team-care, not just self-care.
