Description
In 2021, Grand Rapids Community College launched its first website redesign in over 10 years. To achieve this, we had to conquer the politics, make the case for funding, and gain the trust of uncertain stakeholders. In this conversational case study, we’ll discuss strategies that can be applied to almost any large web project, and explore how the partnership we built with our design agency fostered our stakeholders’ trust in our team to build a site that students love.
We’ll share the results, but more importantly, we’ll describe the journey and share the challenges we faced along the way. This informal conversation will cover topics like accessibility, user experience, and consensus-building.
