In the increasingly sophisticated world we live in – as marketers, we are fortunate to have access to a plethora of data.  This is both a blessing and a curse.  With so much information at our fingertips, it has become much easier to get lost in ‘data for the sake of data’ … and easily find one’s self drowning in fairly useless numbers and metrics.

In this fast moving 30 minute session, attendees will receive an overview of the data and information most useful in driving program change — including the top 5 dials to turn in order to drive advancement within an integrated marketing program.  

Learning Outcomes

  • Learn how to see the forest from trees -- what data, trend and KPI information is critical for program change.
  • Understand core KPI dials that can be turned to drive program growth and advancement.
  • What are some of the biggest challenges you can expect to encounter in developing integrated analysis & dashboards?
