Winning Ways with Requirements


Accurately assessing and documenting system requirements is one of the most critical parts of any system implementation, but it’s easy to be distracted by all the bells and whistles of a shiny new platform. Before thinking about what a new system could do, it’s important that nonprofits document what the system must do.  This session will introduce you to winning ways you can easily identify and prioritize what you need before talking to vendors.  Participants will walk away with tips and tools to get started right away, ensuring your next system implementation is a win!
