Thanks… Now What? How You Can Cultivate Supporters & Subscribers

You got a new donor, great! Now, what do you do? You got a new email signup, awesome! What do you send them and when? With first-time donor retention rates sitting around 22% and declining email engagement rates there seems to be a huge challenge in not just acquiring new donors and emails but in keeping them engaged.

This session will look specifically at how 199 nonprofits are using email in the first 45 days after a donation and email signup to thank, cultivate, and ask their subscribers and supporters. You’ll be able to see what organizations are doing (or not doing), know how you can build donor loyalty and increase downstream revenue using proven communication and cultivation strategies based on real experiments and case studies, and gain new ideas to test and try for yourself.
