Strategies to Create a Digital-First Culture

We have all experienced living in a technological house of cards—now it’s time to move into the cloud. Nonprofits of any size can move from where it feels like nothing really syncs—the house of cards—to where technology is seamlessly integrated into how you fulfill your mission and demonstrate impact. Strong and consistent leadership is essential to reaching your organization’s technology goals. A leader’s vision brings staff together, excites and supports them along the way, and encourages new development.

Parent to Parent of Georgia and Family Network on Disabilities serve diverse populations of persons with disabilities. Our enthusiastic implementation of technology has strengthened our impact in our own communities and has started a movement that is influencing Parent Centers nationwide. Through best practices and real-life scenarios, we will guide participants through how we started, where we have been able to go, and the path we took to get there. We will explore how to effectively connect systems on a limited budget to maximize impact. Our audience will walk away with skills to implement a plan on how to effectively create a digital culture in their organization through leadership, empowerment, and staff collaboration.
